Quick update: I'll be on maternity leave from 6th April 2025. I'll be back as soon as I'm able to. I hold treatments in a lovely room at Hot Yoga Health in Newport on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and weekend mornings when possible. Please let me know the days and times that may work for you in the form below and I'll let you know what's available!

Please note that appointments are only confirmed with a £10 deposit.
If you decide to cancel within 48 hours of the appointment time, this deposit will be non-refundable.
I will send over a secure payment link when we arrange your treatment.

These are £20 and 45 minutes long. If you'd like to try a treatment, just get in touch and we can arrange a time.
